If you find a hardware problem, notify the support manager. Our manager will come at the appointed time and check the device is working properly. In the event that a product malfunction occurs due to the fault of the manufacturer, the device will be repaired or replaced free of charge. BRIZ will provide the equipment free of charge for the duration of the repair.
