If you find a hardware problem, notify the support operator. The BRIZ wizard will come at the appointed time, check the device's performance. In the event that a product malfunction occurs due to the fault of the manufacturer, the device will be repaired or replaced free of charge. At the time of the renovation, BRIZ will provide similar equipment for temporary use free of charge.
