Changes in tariffs

Dear subscribers!

From the 1st of March 2026, all tariff plans with a speed of 60 Mbit/s (Internet, Internet + TV, TV Max) will be cancelled. All clients using 60 Mbit service will be automatically switched to the 100 Mbit Lite.

 

 

If you have an active prepaid subscription at the time of February 28, the change will only take place after the end of the paid period. If you have any questions, you can always contact our technical support.

 

What are the reasons for these changes?

During prolonged blackouts, continuous Internet access requires not only “network support” but also a fully functional autonomous energy infrastructure.

We have completed a full upgrade of the network based on PON technology. This allows us to ensure the reliable performance of the entire telecommunications infrastructure 24/7, including during prolonged power outages.

 

Ensuring autonomy includes:

• backup power sources at communication facilities: fuel, batteries;
• constant network monitoring;
• quick response to emergencies;
• regular equipment upgrades;
• round-the-clock repair teams.

Supporting the network 24/7, especially during blackouts, requires additional resources, so we are adjusting our rates.

This decision is aimed at ensuring:

• network stability;
• uninterrupted communication;
• subscriber safety;
• the ability to quickly recover from emergencies.
