Unplug the Briz cable and set it aside. Connect the router to your computer using the included meter cable. The cable must be plugged into any of the four free LAN ports and the computer's network card.

In order to configure the router, you do not need to use the disk that comes with the router. You need to type the address http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar and go to the authorization page with the fields: "User Name" and "Password". By default, User Name is admin and Password is blank (do not enter anything).

 

Internet connection setup

Let's start setting up the connection. Go to the "SETUP" - "Internet Setup" section.



Click on the "Manual Internet Connection Setup" button. In the window that appears:

• Select "My Internet Connection is" -  "PPPoE (Dual Access)".
• We put (if not) the point "Dynamic IP" or "Dynamic PPPoE".
• In the field "User name" we enter your login on the Internet.
• In the fields "Password" and "Retype password" enter your password for the Internet.
• In the "Max Idle Time" field, enter - 0.
• We put (if not) the point "Always On".
   

We save the changes by clicking the "Save Settings" button.

 

Setting up a wireless network (WI-FI)

Go to the "SETUP" - "Wireless Setup" section.



Click on the "Manual Wireless Connection Setup" button. In the window that appears:

• We put (if not) the point "Enable Wireless".
• In the field "Wireless Network Name" - enter the name of your network to which your devices will connect.
• Choose "Security Mode" - "Enable WPA / WPA2 Wireless Security (enhanced)".
• In the "Network Key" field, enter the password for WI-FI (at least 8 characters).

We save the changes by clicking the "Save Settings" button.

 

Configuring Routing

If there are problems with access to local resources, go to the "ADVANCED" - "Routing" section.



We indicate the following settings:

• Interface - "WAN Physical"; Destination - 172.17.0.0; Subnet Mask - 255.255.0.0; Gateway - ask support;
• Interface - "WAN Physical"; Destination - 172.18.0.0; Subnet Mask - 255.255.0.0; Gateway - ask support;
• Interface - "WAN Physical"; Destination - 172.19.0.0; Subnet Mask - 255.255.0.0; Gateway - ask support;
• Interface - "WAN Physical"; Destination - 172.20.0.0; Subnet Mask - 255.255.0.0; Gateway - ask support;
• Interface - "WAN Physical"; Destination - 192.168.1.0; Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0; Gateway - ask support.

We save the changes by clicking the "Save Settings" button.

 

Change the binding to the device

Go to the "STATUS" - "Device info" section. In the "WAN" header we find the MAC-code (12 characters) and inform its support operator. Or you can change the MAC address yourself in your personal account.
 

The router configuration is complete.
