How can I change the MAC address in my account by yourself?
When changing the router or IPTV set-top box, you need to change the MAC address in your account.
1. Log in to your personal account.
2. In the "Your Services" section, click "Settings".
3. For router:
- in the "Internet device" block, click on "Change" in the "MAC address" line;
- enter your current account password;
- enter a new MAC address;
- click "Save".

4. For IPTV set-top boxes:
- in the "IPTV devices" section, click on "Change" in the "MAC address" line;
- enter a new MAC address and click "Save".
